Production Capabilities
Our production facility is organized across multiple floors to support efficient hair care manufacturing. The second floor houses filling and packaging areas. Large-scale homogenizing tanks and steam systems are located on the third floor, while smaller homogenizing units and manual filling lines support pilot and small-batch production on the fourth floor. The fifth floor is dedicated to coding, shrink wrapping, carton sealing, and liquid filling operations.
Production Equipment
Our equipment setup allows us to handle both small pilot runs and large-scale commercial production without compromising quality. Precise temperature control, automated mixing, and calibrated filling systems help maintain formulation integrity while reducing human error throughout the production process.

Ingredients Control
We work with qualified suppliers and conduct incoming material inspections to ensure raw ingredients meet predefined quality and safety standards before entering production.
In-Process Quality Control
Quality checks are conducted at critical stages of production, including weighing, mixing, emulsification, and filling. This ensures that every batch remains within defined parameters throughout manufacturing.
Finished Product Inspection
Before release, finished products undergo appearance, consistency, and specification checks to confirm they meet approved standards prior to packaging and shipment.
Batch Traceability & Documentation
Each production batch is fully documented and traceable—from raw materials to final delivery—providing transparency, accountability, and support for long-term quality consistency.
