R&D and Formula Development
Every successful hair care product starts with the right formula. Our R&D team helps you define product requirements based on your target customers, hair concerns, desired performance, texture, fragrance, and price positioning. You can start with an existing formula from our portfolio or develop a new formulation around your specific goals. We then work through formula adjustments, sample preparation, and product evaluation to help you assess performance, application feel, fragrance, and overall suitability. Where customization is required, we evaluate the feasibility of requested changes and refine the formula through testing. Before bulk production, the selected formula and product specifications are confirmed, creating a clear foundation for manufacturing and quality control.
Manufacturing and Quality Control
Once your formula and product specifications are approved, our manufacturing team coordinates raw material preparation, batch production, and in-process quality checks. Products then move through filling, capping, labeling or silk-screen printing, and secondary packaging, such as cartons and boxes, according to your product type and packaging requirements. Our team coordinates packaging materials and specifications with established suppliers where needed, ensuring each component is ready for production. Throughout the process, batch testing and quality checks help verify that products meet agreed specifications. Before shipment, finished goods undergo applicable final inspections and order checks to ensure the products, packaging, and quantities align with your approved requirements.
