Consultation & Discovery

We offer a free consultation. Simply submit our form, and a dedicated product consultant will reach out via email or WhatsApp to learn about your brand, target customer, and product goals. Whether you already have a detailed spec sheet or just a concept, we meet you where you are.

What we cover
Product category, target hair type, key benefits, clean/vegan requirements, retail channel, estimated launch volume.
What you provide
A short brief (we send a template): product ideas, reference brands, price-point target.
You receive
A recommended product range, MOQ outline, and estimated per-unit cost range.

Formula Selection

Our R&D team shortlists 2–3 base formulas from our existing library that match your brief. For private label, we start with proven, shelf-stable formulas — no guesswork.

What we cover
Formula options, ingredient decks, fragrance choices, texture/feel, claims support, and compliance notes.
What you provide
Feedback on the shortlisted formulas: preferred fragrance direction, must-have ingredients, claim direction.
You receive
Detailed formula cards and a firm quote for your selected products.
7–14 business days

Sampling & Testing

We produce prototype samples and ship them to you for real-world testing. This is your chance to feel the texture, test the fragrance, and confirm performance on your own hair or with your beta testers.

What we cover
Sample production, fragrance adjustments, minor formula tweaks (e.g. richer lather, lighter feel), stability checks.
What you provide
Honest feedback: likes, dislikes, anything you'd adjust. We accommodate up to 2 rounds of revisions.
You receive
5–10 sample units of your final-approved formula, ready for packaging decisions.
1–2 weeks (runs parallel)

Packaging & Branding

While samples are being approved, we kick off packaging. You choose from our stock bottle library or work with your own supplier. We coordinate specs, labels, and filling compatibility.

What we cover
Bottle/pump/color options, label artwork specs, decoration (screen print, hot stamp), material compliance.
What you provide
Logo and label artwork (or a brief so we can refer you to our design partners). Bottle selection if using your own.
You receive
A packaging spec sheet, label layout template, and lead-time confirmation.
3–4 weeks

Production

Once formula and packaging are locked, your order enters the production queue. We manufacture under GMP-certified conditions with full batch traceability on every unit.

What we cover
Bulk mixing, filling, capping, labeling, coding (lot # / expiry), and intermediate QC checks at each stage.
What you provide
Final PO, 50% deposit, and confirmation of shipping address / destination.
You receive
Production progress updates at key milestones (mixing complete, filling in progress, QA passed).
3–5 business days

QA, Delivery & Fulfillment

Finished goods pass through our final quality inspection — viscosity, pH, fill weight, seal integrity, appearance. Then they ship. We support EXW, FOB, or DDP depending on your needs.

What we cover
Final QA report, packing list, shipping documents, optional repackaging into retail-ready boxes.
What you provide
Balance payment and any receiving warehouse details if using 3PL.
You receive
Your finished branded product, batch certificates, and ongoing replenishment support.

Common Questions, Answered Upfront

What's the real minimum order?

500 units per SKU for private label with stock formulas. For more custom options, MOQ starts at 1,000 units. We publish these numbers because we’d rather you know before you ask.

Do I need to know what I want?

No. Most clients come with a rough idea — “a sulfate-free shampoo for curly hair” — and we handle the rest. If you have zero product knowledge, that’s what the consultation is for.

Are samples free?

Decanted samples are provided free of charge. If you prefer full-size products from available stock for testing, product charges will apply. Shipping costs for all samples are covered by the clients.

Can you handle clean / vegan / cruelty-free lines?

Yes. The majority of our current clients require sulfate-free, paraben-free, vegan, and cruelty-free certifications. These come standard — not as a premium add-on.
